Rob Bailey, Founder and President
Rob has a Dairy Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and from South Dakota State University. He grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm and has worked in the dairy nutrition industry since 1976
Ken Sletten, Vice President
Ken has been involved in the dairy nutrition industry since 1983 and has been with ANC since 1988. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Al Nicolai, National Sales Manager
Al was raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm and is a Michigan State University Dairy Short Course Graduate. He has been involved in dairy nutrition since 1982 and has been with ANC since 1996.
Scott Bascom, Ph.D, Director of Techincal Services
Scott grew up on a dairy farm in New England. He attended Virginia Tech for his undergraduate degree in Dairy Science. Scott received his Masters Degree at the University of New Hampshire in Animal and Nutritional Science. He then returned to Virginia Tech to get his PhD. After completing his PhD, he has worked in dairy management and nutrition consulting. Scott joined ANC in 2011.
John Marks, DVM
John comes to ANC with over 22 years of experience working within the dairy industry as a veterinarian. John received his bachelor’s degree in dairy science and his DVM from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The first sixteen years after graduation he was a veterinarian in private practice in Sauk Prairie, Wisconsin working exclusively with cattle, the majority being dairy. After leaving private practice in 2005, John took a position with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection where his position focused on dairy farm troubleshooting; assisting producers to find solutions to their herd health and production concerns with the majority of the diagnostic investigations focusing on nutrition and milk quality problems. He joined the ANC team in 2012. John will be working closely with ANC Consultants, as well as consulting with producers.
Ron Meyer, Senior Ration Analyst
Ron is responsible for nutrition, product development and ration formulation at ANC. He has experience in the dairy, beef, and swine industries since 1977 and has been with ANC since 1991. He has a BS and MS in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Scott Smith, Senior Ration Analyst
Scott grew up on a farm in Wisconsin and has been involved in dairy nutrition consulting since 1976. He has been with ANC since 1988 and has a degree in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. As a ration analyst, he develops rations and assists customers and consultants.
Rick Titel, Senior Ration Analyst
Rick has a Dairy Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been involved in dairy nutrition consulting since 1987 and has been with ANC since 1993. As a ration analyst, he develops rations and assists customers and consultants.
Mike Hendricks, Ration Analyst
Mike has an Animal Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has management experience in a cooperative since 1984. He joined the ANC team in 2008. As a ration analyst at ANC, he develops rations and assists customers and consultants.
Tim Sherven, Ration Analyst
Tim has a degree in Animal Science with a Dairy Science and Agribusiness emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and joined ANC in May of 2010. As a ration analyst at ANC, he develops rations and assists customers and consultants.
Sara Hendrickson, Ration Analyst
Sara grew up on a dairy farm near Viroqua, Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Dairy Science. Prior to joining ANC, she was a calf and heifer nutritionist and received her PAS certification. Sara joined the ANC team in March 2011. As a ration analyst, she develops rations and assists customers and consultants. Sara also serves are the calf and heifer specialist at ANC.
Drew Johnson, Ration Analyst
Drew grew up on his family’s dairy farm near Cashton, WI and has a degree in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. After graduation Drew worked as a nutritionist for a Wisconsin based coop for several years. He then took a position as a herdsman on a 1,000+ cow dairy in northern Wisconsin. Drew joined the ANC Ration Department in January of 2012.
Carol Chesemore, Staff Accountant
Carol has been with ANC since 2006 and has over 30 years of accounting experience. At ANC, Carol monitors cash flow and performs a variety of accounting and reporting tasks.
Debbie Swain, Accounting Technician
Debbie started with ANC in 2002. She handles a wide variety of accounting and administrative tasks at ANC and assists in planning and organizing company events.
Mary Kazda, Receptionist
Mary grew up on a dairy farm near Richland Center, WI and joined ANC in 1993. Her primary responsibilities include planning, organizing and managing company events, managing administrative detail, collecting and disbursing information, and assisting employees, customers, and consultants.
Katy Schmidt, Marketing Coordinator
Katy joined ANC in 2007 and is also a partner in her family dairy farm in Fox Lake, WI. She has a degree in Agribusiness with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Katy's primary responsibilities at ANC include developing promotional materials, fostering communications, editorial writing, and representing ANC at trade shows and company events.
David Inselman, Warehouse Manager
David has been with ANC since 2000 and also farmed in Arlington, WI until 2004. His major responsibilities at ANC include maintaining inventory of products, maintaining the ANC facilities, and overseeing the security system.
