NUTRITIOUS
ALL MILK 20-20 milk replacer offers the ultimate in quality and high energy. All the protein comes from milk sources, which calves digest easier than they do from other protein sources. The benefits gained from milk protein sources depend on quality processing and milk proteins must not be over-heated or their utilization levels drop. The quality control in place during the manufacture of our milk replacer ensures high utilization by young calves.
DIGESTIBLE HIGH ENERGY
Because the high standard for fat used in ALL MILK 20-20 is comparable to edible standards, the fat provides extra energy for greater rates of gain over low standard products. The 20% fat level supplies additional energy needed during high stress periods. The fat is spray dried to reduce the particle size for easier digestion by the immature digestive systems of young calves.

MIXING & FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS
No whole milk is required after the colostrum feeding period, when calf milk replacer is used. Mix milk replacer powder at the rate of 2 cups* (8 oz. of dry powder) per 2 quarts of water (100° - 120°F). Feed approximately 2 quarts of reconstituted milk replacer TWICE A DAY, at regular intervals. Calves will vary in feed requirements depending on size and age.
*Measuring cup in each bag holds approx. 4 oz. dry weight.
FOR BEST RESULTS
Provide ANC Calf Supplement for calves when they are about 1 week of age.
For herd replacement calves, milk feeding can be discontinued when animals are about 6 to 7 weeks of age. However, a longer feeding period is recommended for small and poor performing calves.
COLOSTRUM For Maximum Results
To get maximum results it is vitally important to maintain an intensive colostrum program the first 24 hours of a calf s life in order to insure
its future. The quality of colostrum plays a major role in the success of providing the calf protection from disease. Calves should be fed only high quality, first milking colostrum. As fresh colostrum may not always be available, it is important to have an adequate supply of frozen, first milking colostrum on hand.
Timing is equally important, as antibody absorption is reduced by 50% by 12 hours after birth. Calves should consume 2 quarts of colostrum within the first 30 minutes after birth, with an additional 2 quarts consumed by 6 to
12 hours of age. Colostrum should be fed for the first 3 days.
DAIRY CALF MANAGEMENT TIPS
Good newborn care is crucial to maximize survival rates. The immediate feeding of colostrum is one of the most important steps to increase the survival and health of newborn calves. Feed 2 quarts of high quality, first milking colostrum within the first 30 minutes after birth. Feed another 2 quarts by 6 to 12 hours of age. Continue feeding colostrum for the first three days.
Begin your milk replacer program on the 4th day. Feed twice daily, at regular intervals, according to label directions. Wash pails thoroughly after each sage.
To enhance performance, add ANC Calf Power.
Have fresh, clean water available at all times. Dry hay can be offered after the first week.
Observe calves for sickness and/or scours at least twice daily.
Calves should be housed in clean, dry individual pens that are well ventilated and draft free. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.
Wean calves from milk replacer when consumption of calf starter is 1-l/2 to 2 lbs. Per day for at least 3 consecutive days.
